Stephen has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment having previously worked for recognised brands such as Hays and Anson McCade. Before this, he had a successful career with the BBC as a Sports TV producer.
Stephen’s focus is now firmly on running the IT division of Urban Connect alongside his brother Andrew to become market-leading both in terms of service and reputation.
With his vast knowledge of specialist areas within the IT Professional Services sector, he will deliver an exceptional search experience for both candidates and clients.

Rick is a professional headhunter for senior positions within the Energy & Power, Rail & Infrastructure, and Built Environment sectors across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, Canada, and ANZ. He places particular emphasis on collaborative partnerships to ensure his clients achieve their strategic business objectives.

Hamish Wright
CFO
Hamish Wright is the Chief Financial Officer of Urban Connect and the wider Recruitment Entrepreneur group, of which Urban Connect is a part. He brings over a decade of international finance leadership across recruitment, technology, and private equity–backed businesses.
Hamish previously served in senior finance roles at Levin, where he helped scale the business from 30 to over 700 employees, and at Robert Walters, managing finance across EMEA and North America.
Hamish brings strong expertise in financial strategy, M&A, and business transformation, supporting both Urban Connect's growth and the long-term success of its clients.
